”lifeClipper2” now broadens that approach and extends it towards a discourse on media theory with the help of design and technical specialists. The concept is being exemplified in tourist applications and planning projects of the City of Basel and of pharmaceuticals specialist Novartis. A prototype is planned / harnessing the various technological possibilities of augmented reality. It will confront visitors with specially developed scenarios. Targeted interventions – such as the shifting of parameters / the applying of filter effects / or audiovisual displays – will expand any literal experience of space / question presumptive certainties / and open up new creative territory.
